Shipping Policy

All Capella Flavors orders ship from our manufacturing/production facility in Kenilworth, New Jersey. Our shopping cart will automatically offer you the best, most economical shipping options based on the destination and weight of your package.

The weight threshold for freight shipments is 300lbs (or 30 gallons), the website will automatically detect whether your shipment should be Freight or MPS (multiple piece shipment).

Shipping within the USA

For products that are in stock, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays), please note this does not account for transit time.

Depending on inventory availability, your order may be sent in multiple shipments.

Please note

The cut-off time for Priority Overnight Shipments is 12:00pm EST/9:00am PST. If your order is placed after the cut off it will be shipped the following business day.

Priority overnight orders placed on a Friday will arrive the following business day.

Priority Overnight and Express shipments are not guaranteed to arrive on the scheduled date. This is especially true if the package contains Dangerous Goods as all packages are subject to carrier inspection.

A dangerous goods package contains a flavor concentrate that’s considered a flammable liquid. To determine if your order contains a flammable liquid, please look for the flammable symbol on the product page or “F” on the product number.

Capella Flavors will not provide refunds or credits for any shipping fees associated with delayed Priority, Freight, or Ground shipments.

*There may be some exceptions to this rule that will require investigation by our claims department.

Shipping Internationally

For products that are in stock, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays), please note this does not account for transit time.

If a product in your order is not currently available, you will be notified by Customer Service. Please notes that orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship depending on inventory availability.

All duties and VAT taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Some regions do not accept flammable shipments, therefore some flavors will not be available for sale in certain regions.

All customers shopping within Europe will automatically be routed to our European distribution center in Denmark upon selecting a shipping country. Please note all orders within Europe must be placed through www.capellaflavours.com

European Distribution Center

In order to ensure faster shipping times and lower transit fees, Capella Flavors has partnered with Efuma in Denmark to create Capella Europe, Capella’s official distributor for all of the European region.

Our team at Capella Europe will be able to assist with the smooth transition of account information for existing and new customers. They will also be able to provide insight and information regarding regulatory requirements in your region.
